Delizioso colore tra il chiaretto e il rosso corallino con sfumature granate, naso che ricorda d’impatto la rosa tea, il lampone, la ciliegia, il ribes rosso, il corbezzolo e la melagrana. In bocca ha una fruttosità dolce (non da residuo zuccherino), piacevole e succosa, sostenuta da buona vena acida, corroborante e fresca, la sapidità che segue traccia una personalità gaia ma non prevedibile o banale, c’è una purezza espressiva e una dinamica dove il frutto è solo l’elemento di spicco, la base da cui si dipana una più ampia gamma di vibrazioni aromatiche che determinano una particolare godibilità e voglia di bere, che in fondo è l’obiettivo e il pregio di un buon rosato, come è certamente questo. Magico in questa fase estiva ancora rovente.
